Terms of service

It’s Hard to Pronounce, LLC · Last updated September 2026

These terms govern your use of Qualendar, provided by It’s Hard to Pronounce, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Qualendar on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company to these terms.

You need an account to use Qualendar. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use an email address you control.

Qualendar works by reading the calendars you connect — such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCloud calendars. You grant us permission to read event timing from those calendars so we can compute availability. You can disconnect a calendar at any time, and we will stop reading it. You are responsible for having the right to connect any calendar or link you add.

The Free plan includes 3 contacts, up to 3 people per meeting, and 3 meeting invites per month. The Pro plan is $5/month or $50/year and removes those limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps Pro active through the end of the period you have paid for. Switching between monthly and annual applies immediately with prorated credit. If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan. We may offer promotional codes, such as free trial months or lifetime Pro grants, on the terms stated when they are issued.

Don’t misuse Qualendar. That means: don’t access the service in ways that violate others’ privacy or the law; don’t schedule meetings intended to harass, spam, or defraud; don’t probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service; don’t share accounts; and don’t use Qualendar to bypass the access controls of calendar platforms or of other users’ information.

Your calendar events remain yours. We process them only to provide the service. Availability you share with other people is visible to them in the limited form the product shows — free and busy time, not event details. You are responsible for the meetings you create and the people you invite.

You can stop using Qualendar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that create risk or legal exposure for us, or that engage in payment fraud. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.

The service is provided “as is.” We strive for accuracy, but availability calculations depend on connected calendars and third-party platforms, and we can’t guarantee they will always be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, It’s Hard to Pronounce, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $50.

We may update these terms as the product changes. When changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continuing to use Qualendar after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
